I don’t care that some small parts of that woman’s skin are scaly, or that she’s got a scaly tail in the middle of the back. She was a total cutie, with a dominant tsundere nature, and it was cute vanilla. I APPROVE OF THIS!! 
And look at that art, with very little censorship, bursting with talent, the girl looks human 95% of the time, her face is awesome, torn between desire and attempts to stay on the tsun side of their relation… awww =)
Besides the purely sexual part, the story takes place in an heroic fantasy universe, in which dragons take human form and bestow their mark, their blessing, on chosen humans to whom they offer an history-marking future. The ending offers an opening and the promise for real plot in (one can hope? Although seeing the other mangas by Kiasa, I suddenly feel less reassured) future episodes.
