To each his own POV of course, personally I’m no fan of the “used goods” mindset, that I’d label at best as hypocritical. The title is based on an old Japanese proverb:
EVEN DUST IF PILED CAN BECOME A MOUNTAIN
In Japanese is 塵も積もれば山となる which is read chiri mo tsumoreba yama to naru. The Japanese proverb “Even dust if piled can become a mountain” reminds us that little things add up to big things. That, for example, many small efforts can combine to make one great success.
I am guessing that in this context, the author is referring to how the guy is treating her not as a slut that he just wants to fuck, but like a girlfriend that he wants to make love to. Those feelings of lovemaking slowly build up in the girl until she realizes that she can, and does, love the guy.
