Some context, if you will:
– At first, there was Stay By Me Zenjitsutan Fragile S, in which a highschool girl feels lost in this vast world, and finds shelter alongside a grumpy leonine salaryman with a (very well hidden) good heart. They completed each other beautifully. In the end, they go their own ways, but they’ve found strength in each other, they’ve grown, they now can face the world.
– After this, came Stay By Me, Stay By Me One More, and Stay By Me Period, that saw the female heroine gradually fall in love with her younger childhood friend, until at last they were equals, and deeply in love.
– And now, the present share, at last. In Stay by Me Bangaihen Route G, the events of Stay By Me, Stay By Me One More, Stay By Me Period are undone, they become a “route” that isn’t picked, and, instead, the girl stays with her first man, the grumpy hard-boiled salaryman.
They’re newlyweds having lots of sex with WAFF vanilla feelings all the way 
Personally, I find it to make plenty more sense, the attachment to a shotaboy (or at least its evolution into something sexual) looked artificial, forced, to me. Although, admittedly, the girl acting all lovey-dovey when she was an ice queen at the beginning is also hard to swallow, however heart-warming it is O_o
Graphically, it’s heaven on hentai Earth

This is cannon route, other one is not.
Define canon.
Canon refers to the “official” route a story takes. Take for example star wars, canon would be Anakin turning to the dark side, non-canon are stories that explore what-if scenarios where he didn’t.
Then eventually there will be “Stay by me, NTR route” where a scumbag steals her away, and both shota boy and salary man are crushed…….

To each their own, but I respectfully disagree with your opinion Oliver. Sana x Haru is my OTP in this story, though this ‘what if’ route is also nice. Ootsuka Mahiro is a master and needs more attention from the hentai community.
it’s good to see a continuation of this storyline, since i was wondering why this went shota after the first volume with the salaryman, thinking to myself ”uh, well i guess the guy at least got some while it lasted, a shame tough…”

This is godly.It’s weird to say it in such a Japanese way, but Sana would totally be in my “strikezone”. Pretty face, long hair, a divine body with big boobs (well, duh), playfulness (like in the beginning of the story), tiny accessories like the earstuds and necklace, and being able to go from “cute” to “I want to bend her over the table” naughty.
What this story needs is a prequel to this alternate path. We sorta know how they met, but how did she convince him to marry her? Given their personalities, I think it was she who pursued him…

As usual, Otaku Beam’s strength is interpersonal interaction. Whether it’s space aliens collecting sperm, kids playing at enjo-kosai, or a burned out salaryman trying to remake himself without losing his soul, it’s just a joy to watch the master depicting people interacting with each other. I personally will be trying to figure out how to work “I’ll be coming to kill you soon,” into a phone conversation! What a marvelously yander moment: if I can frame it right, that last panel makes a pretty good reaction image for the web!
When I first saw this series, I thought it was from ‘March Comes in Like a Lion’ with Kyōko & Gotou 9-Dan
While i despise the shota, this version seemed to me unnatural or hardly believable, maybe because the shota part we had some evolution and on this one we were showed it the result already, or because Sana looks much different from before, almost like a different person, mentally speaking, even though she is younger than in the shota version.

Anyhow, the sex in this is kotatsu level; comfortable, warm, soothing. Mess around in it too long and it will put your ass out.
