Just yesterday, as I was sharing Rengoku Gakuen Choukyou, Kurzwaltz Messer commented this was actually the 3rd volume in a series of Taimanin Asagi doujinshi by Tuna Empire, the two others being called Ren and Rengoku.
So, with huge thanks to Kurzwaltz, here they are, I’m now sharing Ren and Rengoku, courtesy of Doujin-Moe and Tigoris Translates 
Fair warning, those volumes are even more WTF. The female MC belongs in two universes, in one of them she is a highschooler, in the other she is a capture female warrior tentacle raped and orcbanged for several months long. As a result, “because plot” (don’t ask me, it’s part of the Taimanin Asagi universe), she accepts to become everyone’s cum dump in her highschool ¯\_(°_o)_/¯
You’re officially warned against extreme practices, tentacle rape, insertions and all, allright?

As of usual when ☑ the images are in high enough resolution and ☑ the archive is quite big for its number of pictures, and ☑ it offers a significant gain, and ☑ I have enough time to do it, if it may help, I’m offering you a smaller version, in which I resized the images to lower-standard 1600 px resolution. Originally, the images were in 3000 px (Ren) and 2024 px (Rengoku.)
The zip shrank from 99 MB to 31 MB.
Personally, I prefer it for reading, and it takes less disk space.

I’m not too familiar with the Taimanin universe as well, but I offer two possible theories:
– the high school scenario is just an illusion created by the monster, which means she’s being mind-controlled (explaining why she gives in easily), or
– despite her looks, Ren is still in high school, and the monster has infiltrated her school just to further toy with her.
Some taimanin like Rinko (who Ren mentions in the first doujin, and is shown among the girls being raped by the orcs near the end) are still in high school, as shown in the Taimanin Yukikaze manga (which is unfortunately not completely translated AFAIK).
Then again this is Tuna Empire we’re talking about, where you have to be smoking weed or ingest some LSD to make sense of the plot. LOL
I’m trusting my comment against the previously posted work (“Rengoku Gakuen Choukyou”) might apply equally here. And if it doesn’t go that way, there’s always imagination.
There we go, that’s the Tuna Empire I know and loathe.
