A young teenager, fed up with the injustice of this world, annoyed his mother and him are bullied by stuck up neighbours, faps his frustration away when a god interrupts him. And grants him a privilege, the entire town obeys his “rule”, that it’s normal for the most stuck-up bullying bitch of the neighborhood to be, basically, his cum dump.
Nobody minds, it’s normal that the bitch and the teenager shag in the middle of the street or in the presence of the woman’s husband (who kindly cheers the boy up, go at it boy!).

This is the beginning of Takatsu’s next longer story arc, chapter 2 is being translated. After that it’ll be slow going since it’s on a magazine published every two months and Takatsu doesn’t appear in every issue.
