If you’re familiar with photoshop batch retouching (if not: read my presentation), I tried around, you could give the images a lot more impact with two operations to run in batch, first a levels correction (from 0/1,00/255 to 20/0,85/255) and next an Image>Adjustments>Shadows/Highlights 0%/15% in simplified mode. Guaranteed improvement, with plenty of almost invisible details (the images look overexposed, originally) now coming in full sight.
