This is almost the same scenario as in Inomaru’s Hamegurui, for fuck’s sake I had to double-check to make sure it really was another take by another mangaka 
So, yeah, Yumeko Jabami and Mary Saotome from Kakegurui lost at gambling and now must live a life made of sexual servitude, but it’s cool, looks like it suits them just fine and they’re happy with it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
In this share, we watch the two girls with two men, bah, this is it ^^ There’s not too much censorship (relatively thin black bars, not that numerous) and, on top of all, damn, those bunny girl outfits made the girls shine

Just a note, I retouched the images, doing my usual, correcting spotty, dirty surfaces, and adjusting the levels. When you get visual pollution everywhere and “theoretical” blacks are dull grey, in my eyes it’s evil because it breaks immersion.

Both stories have the same plot because they’re both adhering to what the original story implies could happen. The school caters to the children of the wealthy and powerful and allows students to run gambling sessions after hours. Anyone who loses their money becomes a pet or livestock. Anyone who goes insanely in the hole gets the rest of their lives planned out for them and get told who they’ll marry and where they’ll work.
The only problem is that the main girl is a fucking genius at gambling and has plot-immunity, so the only time she really loses is when she wants to. You’re about as likely to outsmart Light from Death Note as you are likely to beat this girl at gambling. But, that’s what powers the porn stories because this chick is insanely sexy when she’s risking everything. The opening and closing credits from the show are so hot you could fap to it even though she’s never nude!
I so rarely get to see a Fallopian tube and ovaries, usually it’s just vagina-cervix, vagina-cervix *yawn*; but yeah the whole package was on display on page 14.
