There’s no scenario in that one, we’re simply watching the female heroines of the Goblin Slayer series (the priestess teaming up with Orc Slayer, the tsundere elf, the redhead childhood friend, the guild office lady, and the blindfolded sword priestess) having sex with the male MC (this time he’s not wearing his armour ^^). At first it’s one girl after the other and it’s average, but in the second half, it’s group sex time and it’s much better, with the girls taking care of each other while the only male does his best with one of them of them at a time 
It’s decent full-colour art, I figured the doujinshi had good chances to please you guys 
I’m not sure who I ought to credit for this release, it seems it was translated to Spanish by Sermo94, but, regarding the English part (honest warning, it’s not pristine English, the grammar took a few blows), no idea O_o

Pleasant enough, I suppose; at times, Goblin Slayer as portrayed here reminded me of Kikurage-Ya’s “Salaryman” (haven’t seen any further adventures for some time now).
