I know very little about Sword Art Online past the Kirito/Asuna/Suguha trio, no idea who the other characters are, etc. So, I apologize, but all I can say here is that “some girl from Sword Art Online wakes up surrounded by a group of horny humanoids with giant erect dicks and they fuck her brains out”. I might have missed on plot details, but, eh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The drawings are damn good, intense, with perfect screentones, and to make it even better they’re natively decensored, thanks Ginhaha-sensei 
That said, I must honestly warn you, in addition to the rape theme, the English also directly comes from the mangaka, and it isn’t stellarly perfect, deal with it *cough* *it’sgarbage* *cough* 
In my opinion, the English quality matters rather little here, as apparently there is no plot, no scenario at all, it’s just a huge gangbang.

Oh, it’s Quinella huh? Well, as someone who’s read the novels & watched the anime, she ain’t getting any sympathy from me.
