–2020 update: a first version of this manga, with atrocious grade school level English, has been removed and cast into the flames of hell, replaced with a new version, this time with proper English, done by a real and skilled scanlator. But if you need to shiver, I’ve got 2 examples of what it was before: here, and there.
I don’t take too many risks in making the assumption you like watching excellent vaginal and anal hentai sex, drawn with great skill and not too burdened by censorship, right? Good, because that’s the kind of stuff that’s coming your way 
To summarize the manga, hmmm… There’s casual simple sex between a highschool boy, the school’s nurse, and two other girls, plus a pair of extra chapters with other girls and no story canvas. Simple, and efficient. With good vaginal and anal sex, only very small thin censorship bars, and on top of all there is Sabashi Renya’s impressive drawing skill, in my eyes that was fap gold

And yet, while reading the manga, I kept on having brief flashbacks of some pages, cringing at the memory that here there was an insult to English grammar, there there was a facepalmesque spelling mistake… And then, every time, a renewed feeling of mirth as I ended up reading proper English instead… Man, that felt good ^____^

As I said on sad panda, I really hate to see the works of one of my all time favorite artist/authors get treated so badly. It’s sad that nothing of Sabashi Renya’s has been translated in a long time.

Someone’s gonna say this sooner or later: over a year ago (IIRC), a crowd-funded decensoring was successfully applied to Dr. P’s “Momoiro Daydream”. I volunteer a crowd-funded (for want of a better term) “proper English translation” should be applied to rescue both of these tanks from “the ravages of Engrish”.
Simply put, I’m willing. Anyone else?

With modern platforms, might there be a technical solution in which it would be simpler and there’d be a page in which there’s the total goal to reach, the count of how much was already gifted, etcetera?
DAYUM! … some folks are apparently so unforgiving that they (figuratively speaking) smashed that “fjord” button so fast, it was like Star Trek teleportation.
Notwithstanding, and like I said, crowd-funding worked to bring about J.B. Random’s de-censoring of “Momoiro Daydream”; it could work for the rescue of either or both of those travesties of Engrish.

Yeah, but how did that crowdfunding work, on your side? People sending you paypal money, and you telling “it’s allright, we reached the crowdfunding cap”, right?
I was wondering if there wasn’t a possibility a platform such as patreon, ko-fi or any other on the internet had this other option, where people send the money into the collective pot, and when enough is reached, it’s good.
I would imagine it would be a lot simpler for you, that’s all ^^
Just to recall what happened back then (2017), without re-visiting all the posts related to it, after J.B. Random offered to do the decensoring work on “Momoiro”, he subsequently posted his estimated costs for decensoring each chapter (not sure if he posted directly on your blog, or if he passed on the info for you to post). I and others contributed to it (IIRC, in my case, I gave you permission to pass on my e-mail address for him to contact me, and we took it from there – probably the same thing happened with the other contributors). In time, he indicated on a post that all chapters had been paid for regarding decensoring.
Perhaps there’s a newer way to handle he money side of a crowd-funded project, but the approach used back then worked.

Would you have someone in mind, for an “actual English version re-take”? Biribiri or Desudesu are my favourites, but I can’t tell for their availability.
No-one particularly in mind – as you know, those Index/Railgun doujins I commissioned a while back were translated by Tigoris – but in general, I’m fine with stuff produced by Biribiri and/or Desudesu, so it may come down to availability and/or ability to fit such a project into the translator’s schedule. Personally, the more I look at those preview pics and the “Engrish” content, I fell brain cells dying inside. The sooner those works are rescued/re-done, the better.
The sooner also reduces the risk of being sniped. You know what, I’m emailing Tigoris and we’ll see what he has to say about it?

It’s a problem, in my eyes, because it will deter potential scanlators from doing the manga :-/

Still, if you can forward this feedback to them, it would be kind of you:
– with respectful apologies to spit on that which has been given freely and kindly even though it took lots of time, the English is, still, garbage
– there is only ONE valid correction possible: use a proofreader whose native language is English.
– And yet, that doesn’t adress the other issue of how reliable the translations are, as things are now it would be impossible not to cast strong doubts on the translation quality (which once again begs for a proofreader who can speak actual English)
Because, really, it’s a pity to release an unfinished product: it irritates lurkers instead of making them grateful, and, worse, it deters potential scanlators who might have done a better job, because, after all, better a bad translation, and in their limited time, they’ll work on something else…

arc Boku no Hot Spot and arc shimai series minakuni and TripleSevenScans it has some mistranslate on kanji but in BT&E is didn’t miss it
Well I agree with you but it looks like they just translated what on the box dialog, not like proofreader who will modify the dialog for the translated dialog

to be honest, the translation wasn’t that maximum garbage… it’s only a little bit worse than maximum garbage, and makes your brain unable to digest all the words or maybe the words are digesting your brain?

Farhan, it’s really cool we have here someone who knows BT&E a little bit, so I beg you, please, please, just forward them the general consensus, that no *software* will do the work, it needs the human feedback from a native English speaker. Nothing else can work.
