aye, tough i find it especially vile in the insurance sales. You are basically told to play on people’s insecurities and fear to sell them insurance packages. I always lagged behind in sales because i believed in only offering what my clients really needed, and that never pleases the upper management, who dont give a fuck about anything other than performance and sales charts.
