Boys, girls, and whatever’s in between, I’m glad I can present you this excellent ecchi manga by Musashimaru.
Yep: ecchi. There *is* sex, but the censorship is so intense (think of a gigantic white aura around genitals) that I must categorize the manga as ecchi. However, the manga is deliciously packed with tons of quality comedy, every character, male and female, has a strong and weird personality, the mangaka managed to surprise me all 168 pictures long, that was great ^____^
We follow a young male doctor whose outward appearance lacks virility, and, hentai quiproquo oblige, he ends up spending half his work hours disguised as a female nurse, which leads to plenty of funny moments, in the hospital, during an onsen trip (oh god the homo hot springs, my ribs hurt! 
), or at home ^^
Come on, even if its not for the faps, please try to read the manga, I’m confident you can’t regret it
