Okay, first things first, this isn’t netorare, you won’t find a partner suffering because he’s realized he’s betrayed. Pasting “NTR” everywhere is as stupid as calling “thicc” a woman who dares possess thighs, it’s not because you see that a lot on the internet that it’s not silly.
But, definitely, this is adultery, and the particular type, a too candid MILF that falls at the hand of a group of male scumbags, and, through dishonest methods (here, a spiked drink and social pressure) she is gradually won over. It starts evil (spiking, waking up cumming surrounded by dicks) and follows a different route, the conversion. It took a long time for the MILF to accept, to find herself excuses to continue, and in the end, although tainted, that was her choice to continue.
Graphically, at least, I was impressed, that was skillful and original, with a focus that’s not on the genitalia, but on the woman’s face and chest, I found it quite refreshing. That wasn’t to hide too strong censorship, I’d say that part was in the almost bearable range.

Seems like it may continue. Also seems like its gonna be one of those stories where the husband stays clueless while her child gets to watch the abandonment of his mother, if it does continue. The worst kind of NTR story imho.
At first, I was wondering why no one except the main character has eyes. Even her son has had his eyes melted into his face. Are Japanese porn artists just the only people on Earth who don’t realize that people depicted without eye sockets are actually scary as fuck? But then I noticed on page 8 that her son drew everyone they met as having eyes. At that point, my blood turned to ice as I realized that the mom is this story is TOTALLY FUCKING INSANE. Everyone she sees, everyone she talks to, even the people in the background, are just eyeless monsters moving thru her world. From then on, this story is absolutely terrifying as you wait for her to completely break down and start carving up the faces of the people around her.
Then things turn into a classic horror story as a group of young men move in on her, thinking they’ll have innocent rape-sex, like most normal people in Japan. They don’t realize that they’re courting the craziest bitch since Liz Borden. They quickly drug her, but that just delays when she starts popping eyeballs! It kind of reminded me of this B-movie from the 80s where the female main character is just straight-up murdering every rapist who comes within 20 feet of her. Halfway thru the movie, you don’t even realize you’re starting to root for the rapists. “Get away from her, run, she’ll kill you like the rest! Ah shit, she got him! Are these rapists retarded or something?”
I was exhausted by the end of this doujin. And that terrifying last page, where she’s lured her lover into going on a hot springs trip so she can take another shot at slicing out his orbs. Brrrr! Scary shit, Oliver!
