Oh boy, oh oh oh, that was good 
This share, a sequel to Chounyuu Gakuen, features a black volleyball coach in an adult women team, confronted to a gloomy useless member, a woman with giant tits but zero self-confidence. He seriously wonders if she isn’t a ghost 
But soon enough, he discovers she’s better in private, not ashamed anymore of her too alluring appearance, and she’s got an earnest side to herself. So, he will help her train in volleyball, and do whatever it takes to give her self-confidence (which will imply lots of fucking, I bet you didn’t see it coming.)
Even more than the sex (great sex, bakunyuu quality, the huge boobs made for the whiteout censorship), me I was thrilled by the mangaka’s sheer talent at delivering a good story. It was funny, original, kinda heart-warming, the characters were loveable and I found myself cheering for them as if they were alive, good job! ^_^
Also, can you think of it, a black guy, and there was zero racism around? THAT is how things should be, everywhere, not a fucking care about how people look, what gender they’re with, or where they’re from, if they’re funny or loveable they deserve good things, if they’re toxic shits they deserve a metal chair in the face, period =)

Story content-wise, I’d give this 4 (if not 5) stars. Artwork-wise: perhaps it’s just me, but I couldn’t take this story really seriously, with Kibasawa having such *koff-koff* huge “tracts of land” that are visibly larger than her own head; let alone Coach Fujioka’s … er, “reaction” to seeing them in motion (no spoilers; look for it yourself). Still, the absence of the stereotypical racist portrayal of negro males in Japan was most welcome (it was not perhaps perfect by any means, but it’s a start in a better direction). The only work I recall which comes close to featuring no racist overtones was a multi-part one by Bosshi, which, because the artist is affiliated with Wani, is no longer available here.
All in all, I say, it was good enough to get the job done, and one might even say: “It’s GOOD To Be The KI … er, COACH!”.

It’s a cute story, but I gotta say, page 4: no. No, no, no. I simply cannot believe there’s an experienced volleyball coach who doesn’t wear a jockstrap or cup. This is a self-correcting problem, because the first time you take a shot to the junk, you’re going to be lying on the floor afterwards, thinking between flashes of pain, “Oh right, THAT’S why you wear protection. THAT’S why I’m supposed to tell the students to wear a cup or jockstrap.” As a side benefit, they keep you from embarrassing yourself with giant boners like that.

Answer 2: Besides, it’s best read as a standalone story, thinking prior knowledge of the volume would only make people think they can’t read it
Holy crap, he’s right! The black principal in the first story has the exact same weird point at the top of his head! And the teacher even says to him, “Wait, weren’t you a volleyball coach?”

easier than that, her name is Kibisawa here, in the main story the female teacher with glasses is named Kibizawa.
