I think it has to do with betrayal and shame. Your wife cheating on you with a friend/brother is semi expected if it happens, a younger guy well he’s younger so he’s naturally more virile, you’re dad whom is supposed to love you and is in worse shape then you, that’s humiliating on multiple levels.
Hmmm… yeah, and betrayal and shame being the fuel of netorare mangas, it clicks in. It’s not netorare per se, but it’s got the same original fuel.
