Hmm, … seems artist has assembled a curious mix of tropes and conventions for this series; some of which I personally can live with, while others creep the {BLEEP} out of me, yo.

It’s the attack of the succubi who talk too much! I swear, between the over-talkitive delinquent, the chatty chuuni, the author who won’t shut up, and the translator who included TEN pages of additional dialogue, I’m surprised there was room for sex! And no one gives the Mother-succubus credit for her power over ridiculous goth jewelry. Where does one get fingerless gloves with attached rings in the real world? What dark satanic power creates a heart-shaped crotchless thong with batwings on your ass? A crotchless thong … damn, that makes my head ache!
