That release is laden with painful feelings and dramatic circumstances: a girl barely escapes death, but her boyfriend doesn’t make it. And now, it’s up to the boyfriend’s twin brother to look after the slowly recuperating girl, he has to pretend he’s the boyfriend, lest her condition will worsen.
All in all, I’d say, an excellent release. Touching difficult topics, touching our readers’ hearts, moving without being excessive (well, it was a bit fast, but it’s already a miracle, doing so much in 33 pictures), I’m glad I could read it, and I believe you too should love it 
Graphically, it was original, decensored well enough, I’ve got lots of compliments and zero complaints to do =)

I found 4 more on Hitomi, with 2 being a two-parter and 1 story hasn’t even been translated yet. Talk about scatter-shot: 3 are incest, 2 are yuri, 1 is a Railgun story, 1 is a 3-some from Kanon, and 1 is “I’m doing my dead-brother’s girlfriend.” And I thought it was weird having three stories named Aien Kien!
I have some similar fun on Deezer, on which I listen to music: they sort artists by their name, and occasionally a same name will be used by various groups.
I remember a wonderful time a metal band’s discography contained electro and central-European folk guitar, huhu.

Кстати! История не только добрая, но, в целом, ещё и достаточно достоверная. Думаю, что и у предков англичан в древние времена, и у японцев был такой же обычай, как и у нас, славян! У нас, в том случае, если погибал брат, жена погибшего брата – в древние и даже ещё всего лишь несколько сотен лет назад времена, переходила к другому брату. Который брал на себя заботу. В полном объёме. А если это была невеста брата-близнеца, то часто бывало – точь-в-точь, как в этой манге! Даже у князей! Или у бояр. Историй, попавших в летописи – немало!
