I didn’t see *this* aspect of the future coming, but it’s becoming a strong candidate. We already have VR idols, vtubers… A tracking softare allowing to have your facial expressions and movements applied to a digital avatar.
So, yeah… why not push it just a bit further, with full-body recognition + transformation, and apply it to lewd streaming? :3
In this share, a strict female director reveals to a male colleague her private side gig, on adult platforms she’s an adult vtuber looking like an Elf witch, with the pointy ears and the matching witch outfit 
Long story short, she needs him to lend his dick to up her streaming game, and naturally, he complies, etc. The art isn’t as good as in previous Shiden Hiro shares, I felt, but the inspiration behind the scenario made it worth it to me.
I definitely love this vtuber trend, it’s SO rich with potential, here’s to reading a lot more like that!

Last time I heard of virtual characters, they were a 3D model, only the head was inspired (and not live-copied, in real time) from human-like expressions, kind of a program to know which various expressions make at various times, with randomized transitions or short-termed variations.
