I picked that one, among other releases I might have shared, for a weird reason: it’s an impressive combination of good sex and a totally fucked up story, and I like to imagine the intimate dilemmas between guilty faps or porn righteousness 
In terms of sex: we’ve got a super hot girl in a highschool uniform, tanned, canines, with large breasts, with cute fluffy ears and a tail (it’s in the title: dog girl), having sex with very little censorship.
In terms of story: a normal highschool boy is taken away to a parallel world in which nobody understands when he speaks, he’s sold as a house pet, bought by the girl, and used for sex, treated like a cute animal you have to treat well. And the male MC fucking accepts it, ffs

It’s kind of like a reverse isekai! It’s another world but the dude isn’t OP!
Granted an “Isekai” situation doesn’t always result in an OP male character. A perfect example is a series of FAKKU called “Sweet Life in Another World” by Anzayuu (artist) / Dekoboko HURRICANE (Circle), where MC’s sole purpose in the world to which he has been transported is to help repopulate the world; at least all the females seem to be “Sexy Elf Onee-sans”
