The drawings were pretty good, especially the paizuri part, and I’m always a sucker for the combination of innocence and honestly expressed lust… My only gripe would be the multiple censorship bars, grin and bear, friends.

From my understanding, the conditional wording of the last page, framed by (“but if I could see her again,” to “Warm and bitter(*), I’d make her a proper adult cup of coffee.”) implies that it’s just his whish / daydream.
(*) the “warm and bitter” part could, additionally, refer to his feelings: The warmth of her lying in his arms and the shared moments vs. the bitterness of her not being at his side anymore.
But maybe that’s a bit to speculative?
