It has been a while I didn’t share gender bender hentai, hasn’t it? So, here’s a decent one by my own biased standards. Biased as in: there’s got to be “something” more to make it worth it, or else I’m just shying away from it all.
In the present case, I can’t say the art is fantastic (white censorship hides the best parts, and the drawings are good without reaching the exceptional, but try the full-colour versions in the end, they’re better), but the scenario had a pleasant vengeful vibe. As in: an evil bully is punished by being turned into a woman, and nobody remembers he used to be a man, only him and the person he used to bully

The zip shrank from 90 MB to 28 MB.

Isn’t Ts no F a group? I do not know much, but I always saw the name associated with gender bender stories by various authors, including some you have shared works of here like Taniguchi. It seems specialized in gender bender with something else added like you want, but for good and bad, there is lots of different themes and approaches.
From this group there is one story that i like, from the author Kouji, where the guy in a couple turns into a woman with a kiss from her, and they have lots of lesbian action and comedy. Not much good in terms of art style but i always liked the comedy on it.
Unfortunately its the only work of this author like that, and most of the others i have checked deal with corruption or females taking revenge on those that were previously males Overall this Kouji’s stories qualifies as WTF even in the gender bender niche, for good or for bad depending on the tastes. In my case i get mixed feelings, while i appreciate the originality.
For example i do not think it is the same author as this work you shared, which, by the way, it is not on the list of works by TSF no F you have in this new work’s page.

As the post i wrote here hasn’t appeared after a month, i am putting it again without links as it is useful information, and see if this time appears.
The topic stirred my curiosity so I have investigated it, and maybe more than a group is a story-writer and/or translator.
One, the translators of the works i checked who translated the credits put TsF no F as writer or as original author with sometimes the group Amuai Okashi Seisakusho as collaborator or assistance, and in some rare cases as writer AND translator, or as only translator and not in charge of either art or story.
Second, in several of those works one of these two websites’ addresses were written, and in the second there is translations to english and a Patreon page for that.

What i got wrong is about Kouji: That work i mentioned in the first post (TS boyfriend and the bi girlfriend) is not with TsF no F, and the reason is comedy oriented, who knows.
Finally,the work i linked to in the previous post is written by F (not using TsF no F alias here) and drawn by Hyoga.
Yes, TSF no F is a group/doujin circle as you’ve said. Even Taniguchi-san (who specializes in possession and skinsuits) has some doujins under TSF no F.
