I am bursting with admiration for the male main character of this manga. What a man. What an admirable, virile, praiseworthy man.
He finds a dirt cheap apartment and is unsurprised there was a catch: a Sadako-lookalike shows up.
And so? HE TREATS HER LIKE A WOMAN! AND SHE RESPONDS IN KIND! 
The drawings were intense, heavy on the darks, and I loved how the mangaka respected the “rules” of a story with a Sadako-like character, think of sunken or shocked eyes, while managing to seamlessly integrate it in a non-horror porn setup (I would be tempted to label it as “vanilla”, almost, or more than almost…)
The mangaka also successfully allowed the sexual tension to rise gradually, one step at a time; it wasn’t about making it more convincing (a ghost lady, well… ^^), more about raising the stakes and making the penetration sex look even more awesome once (let’s say: half of the volume) it finally started.
Hats. Fucking. Off!!

I’m hoping, based on the TBC ending and the detailed drawings at the end, with the “NEXT” at the bottom of the page, featuring other characters yet unseen. So, my IMPRESSION was that this would be continued. I’ve been wrong before, as my wife will gladly expound upon if asked. I hope I’m right in this case.
I had missed that “next -> -> ->” part. Now, I’m puzzled. Was it about the bonuses, or is it really (one can always hope) hinting at a sequel?

The first time than im see this (was 4 or 3 panels only) i need more or an explanation for all this. Fortunately, was continued. I must say than even with the some weirdness is a fresh work in a world with dialy less original ideas and with more “NTR” in the title.
thanks to you, I have grown to appreciate this art form more and more. as I consume more of these works, I’ve found that my tastes have evolved and I’ve grown to like “vanilla” even more. I also like some of the comments that your fans post: they always make me chuckle, swear or wax philosophically.

For 20 or so pages I still had the slim hope she was just a juicy, acrobatic shut-in-in neighbor (or even landlord‘s reclusive daughter, yumm) who found a way thru the attices, Maison Ikkoku style. Well, until her tongue came out. I‘d still say that my hopes would have been a story worth exploring, but oh well…
But what happened after the exorcist incident? Did he move into an adjacent appartment and she followed him? I‘m quite confused, but that was the sexiest intercourse with a ghost I‘ve ever seen (or imagined *cough*).
Way as I understood it: we don’t know at all what happened after the exorcist showed up.
In my opinion, it was the mangaka scoring him a continuation possibility, should the book sell well. That looked like this kind of scheme, in my eyes.
There IS a time gap in the story – his age is shown as 37 early and 38 after the exorcist event in the first color story page. This second part is the „Extras“, yes? Maybe just some time has passed, with him getting even more of a shut-in / patchinko hero.
It might be a plot hook, like the colored character page that included some not-yet-shown residents or neighbors. But for now it seems finished (see last page‘s text from the translator).
Well, here‘s to hoping.
In addition, I had missed it myself, on the page with the exorcist guy, there’s a “next -> -> ->” text. Either it is to tell there are going to be bonuses, which we indeed get afterwards, or it is to announce a sequel in the future.
