Simple curiosity, is that exclusively a Japanese thing, or are virtual youtubers making a breakthrough with western audiences, too?
Here, it’s Sister Cleaire (or Sister Claire), a virtual youtuber with the appearance of a young nun (you can read information about her here or here, or watch her on youtube). She’s caught masturbating by a guy, he offers to help, the offer is accepted, etcetera.
It’s a simple setup, but it works ^^
Graphically, some pages were spectacular, the rest was OK, to me, I’m thinking it’s got potential… The censorship could have been a lot worse, too, hehe.

The only sister Claire I know is an old webcomic with strong LGBT undertones.
I browsed the links (except for YouTube), and all indications are that Sister Clearie may dress up like a nun, and even conduct herself at times like a nun, but is not really one. Yet the story dialogue has more than one allision, either on her part or the MC that she really is a nun and they may be in “mortal peril” for indulging in “the pleasures of the flesh”. Then again, that could simply be connected with the supposed fascination of certain sections of Japanese media towards nuns and at times making them as “naughty” as possible.
If it is indeed a case of the latter, then perhaps the old adage proves itself to be true:
I reject thee Satan, in all thine YouTube forms.
They’re getting pretty big on western audiences as well, the two biggest vtubing companies both have en branches (hololive and nijisanji) hololive’s gawr gura is almost at 4M subscribers. On Twitch i think Vshoujo’s ironmouse has about 1M subs. There’s also a lot of other companies and indies around too.
