I’m criminally late in sharing those two new volumes to the absolutely unique Kko To Yamioji Raku series. Better late than never, but, still, for what it’s worth, I’m sorry about that delay 
So, coming after the first volume, Kko To Yamioji Raku, here is:

In case you missed the first volume when I shared it (fear not, I also share at the bottom of the present post a “repacked version” with all 3 volumes, the older volume 1 and the 2 newer ones), to sum this story up, I’ll copy-paste what I wrote before:
I am bursting with admiration for the male main character of this manga. What a man. What an admirable, virile, praiseworthy man.
He finds a dirt cheap apartment and is unsurprised there was a catch: a Sadako-lookalike shows up.
And so? HE TREATS HER LIKE A WOMAN! AND SHE RESPONDS IN KIND! 
The two following volumes are direct sequels, two new characters are introduced (a strange kid, and a “cool once you know him” Buddhist monk), and we learn more about the female main character, what is important to her, how she becomes happier and enjoys “life” more than before
Graphically, man, this is unique. Never seen something like that before. Heavy dark contrasts, thick volumes, and a respect for the horror trope with the Sadako fundamentals like sunken eyes and visible blood vessels. And, man, against all odds, it was crazy hot 
That said, a honest warning, the volume 3 is destroyed by blur mosaics, what a sad waste T__T

Sometimes, that’s all that needs to be said.
This is some of my favorite hentaiand for a multitude of reasons. The artwork is outstanding, the story is oddly engaging and the characters become more and more compelling as the series progresses. That and the sex is feral hot. And there is clearly ground for a sequel. Full of win. It’s a bit different to be sure but despite a living male mc/(un)dead female mc the mangaka swings hard and drives it out of the park.

The ghost wasn’t sadako lookalike, more appropriately its inspired by ju-on movies (later this franchise was remade by US as ‘the grudge’), thats why the protagonist called the ghost as K-san, taken from Kayako (name of the ghost in ju-on)
Try watch the movies, the real japanese version if u havent watched it. One of the most scary horror movies
It’s a good read, the recent arc made me think about an Addams Family manga.
The way the house owner describes it reminds me of a 1970s japanese movie “In the Realm of Senses”, where a pair has intense sex until, after several months, the man dies (willingly?) from an erotic asphyxiation session. The movie is based on a real event happening in Japan in the 1930s.
P.S. Afterwards, the woman cuts off his genitals and wanders off with it. Beware, sick man! ;-p

Well, i would say that the first interaction was closer to hentai rape or sexual harrassment, so ”treat her like a woman” feels more like ”she is a woman she is to be fucked”.
From there it was the typical getting to know each other through sex plus some interesting developments. Thought from the description that it was closer to Goo-Paa’s ghost story but it was different, very different.
Wasn’t this already released (at least the first Volume).

Ghost Lady still hasn’t seen her kid, but he keeps coming back despite being exorcised XD
I enjoy it for the unique story and we do need more Ghost Girls!
Also, I thought this was a Jujutsu Kaisen Doujin since it had a Gojo cameo at the end of Volume 2!
