–Update: good news, there’s been a sequel, Soredemo Kimi O Goei Suru!
Quoting: “This is me, the second Urakaze. Surplus girls are made to work as prostitutes. This is a horrible naval base.”
Long story short, this is a sadness-coated doujinshi, in which the surplus girls are denied the right to have happiness, and if they dare show human qualities they’re trampled even more. The art style suits it, with heavy blacks giving a stifling atmosphere.
And yet, in terms of sheer drawing quality, this is great hentai, intense, graphic, crude, detailed, quite suited for, ahem, private purposes, hats off in that regard.

Side note: not going the drama route, that’s still why I can’t like games in which characters are no better than kleenex that you can pull and throw away. It’s disgusting disrespect toward them.
IINM this is actually related to a couple of other doujinshi by the same artist, revolving around Ooyodo and Ooyodo Kai’s respective tyrannical reigns over a naval base (possibly the same as this one), which involved the latter deposing the former and being an even worse tyrant than her predecessor was.
BTW, the first page has a translation error in the last panel’s last combined speech bubble; “isn’t” should be “is”.

Sure, this makes TOTAL sense. Create ship-girls at God-only-knows what expense and not use their military might. Instead, have her service soldiers so the Military can earn the money BACK from the soldiers. Couldn’t the Military just bring in prostitutes and charge the soldiers to bang them? Why the fuck do they have to use insanely expensive ship-girls for sex. Like, is there some reason they need a girl who can heft a cannon shell or withstand gun fire? Apparently pay-for-sex carries a need for military expertise and armor plating that I was previously unaware of. Consider me enlightened!
