There are some things that I like to hate. In which the mangaka makes a commendable effort, as if following a checklist, making sure he’s really pressing a lot of buttons at once. This way, those who don’t like the genre he’s working in will REALLY dislike it (bad buzz is still buzz, which is good), and those who like shit like that will feel they’re in porn heaven.
Here, Fate Testarossa, a Nanoha heroine, is blackmailed into having sex with scumbag males, we can enjoy her in normal clothes, swimsuit and fishnet. Humiliation, failure to suppress orgasms, abandon of free will and accepted submission, good vaginal sex and awesome anal sex are on the program. The drawings, I must be honest, are excellent, some panels are spectacular.
This new fourth volume introduces the daughter Vivio and the usage of a VR headset. In my eyes, this volume felt like the end of the series (actually, not, there’s a “to be continued”), as two new elements are combined:
– Fate’s daughter joins the game (gladly becoming a slut)
– Fate finally gives in and stops resisting. But – remember what I wrote about the mangaka having a checklist and doing his shit well? – she isn’t mindbroken, her free will is not abolished. She was not pushed, but pulled. I hated it, but I have to salute the writing skills.
