VANILLA ESSENCE, BY YAMATOGAWA, IS COMPLETE!
What a sweet day, dear fellow hentaiers! ^_____^

Save two chapters, we had already seen the contents of the manga in earlier scanlations. At last, everything is done, the complete tank, 217 pictures, is available for your enjoyment :)
In their early publications, in magazines, some chapters bore hideous blur-mosaics censorship, while some others were less censored than in the official tank scans. All in all, it’s still a net gain in terms of quality (censorship isn’t everything, there are the fine printing details and all), but if you want to make yourself an idea, I compiled comparisons from various chapters in a web gallery.

The whole volume has been translated by YQII and edited by Anti-Aging Anon. Countless, and even more than that, thanks to them, really! That was a hell lot of work, for the chapters they made from start, or the chapters in the beginning, that they re-did, I’m in awe :jap:

As for the contents, Vanilla Essence is made of single-chapter stories, each of them featuring youngsters already in love, either starting a relationship or already well within. The girls are naughty (oh, that mischievous smile, on page 87!!), the boys are up for the challenge, there’s a bit of comedy and lots of good feelings, occasionally it’s slow sex, all of that in slice of life situations… It’s really good :) The drawings are exceptionally good, detailed, no screwup, even the backgrounds and the situations are varied and original… My favorite was You Gotta Star, I was swayed in by the touching romantic mood…
God-level, once again. Hats off.

I’ve already shared long series of CG pictures with dialogues in the past. But… something that’s 954 pictures long ? And full of dialogues ?!? :shock:
I never even imagined a day like that would come :shock:

So, there we are, with great, shocked, amazed thanks to Drozetta and Dekirutranslations (they went and scanlated 954 pages about teens fucking in the train, for Pete’s sake, someone give them a Nobel prize!), here is Yareruko! Densha Ecchi, a story based on the fantasy idea that some teens are both candid (zero defense), lacking common sense, and extremely slutty (open to sexual advances, becoming aroused with any ecchi words or mere caressing, not having a problem with moving on to real sex). They ride the train, the male hero sweet talks them or simply gropes them, and there you are, public sex in the train! :D
That’s as far as the scenario goes (look, I’ll recognize I hardly read two dozens speech bubbles in total ^^;;).

Graphically, I must reckon the art was quite good, much better than most other series I’ve read so far. The girls have candid faces, very large breasts, very short miniskirts, plump thighs, and great ecstatic expressions on their faces. To my surprise, even the amount of censorship was quite low, it was pixelated but with small enough squares to let us earnestly enjoy the visuals :)

A word about file sizes: originally, that took 1 GB on the disk. I ran a recompression (not leaving visible differences) and the file shrunk to 307 MB. I hope that helps!
