the chapters 1-4 are pure gold, a good scenario and awesome drawings, but the chapter 5 really dissapointed me, why NRT, WHYYYYY !!?? =/

The NTR was weird, it didn't fit in with the overall tone of the manga. But like Oliver said: it's an easy way to attract customers. More customers means more money and with more money it's less risky to produce only happy, lovey-dovey sex; a theme that generally sells not as well as NTR, hentai-rape and mindbreak. So you certainly don't have to like it, but it's for a good cause. Hopefully, this one netorare chapter will lead to more great vanilla works in the near future…
