The zip’s size, 157 MB, is HUGE, but my usual methods to recompress pictures without a visible loss of quality failed, so, only if your connection won’t accept a 175 MB file, here is a smaller file (71 MB), it has been obtained through a picture resizing (not only a recompression, but reducing the picture height).
However, if your connection allows it, go for the full version without resized pictures, it would be a waste ! :o

The depositfiles link apparently has a trojan or something. My antivirus caught it before I could fully start the download.
I don't think it is the depositfiles link itself that is the problem, I think there is something going on with a popup ad or something that is trying to redirect stuff.

The series seems to be running out of steam. It isn't *bad* by any means, but while the first couple of volumes are worth 4 or 5 stars each, this one is probably worth about a 3. There is one volume left that tadanohito is already working on, hopefully it won't suck.
ALL series progressively run out of steam, but this 3rd volume was a brutal transition.
Mind you, the element that evolved the worst possible way at the fastest speed was… the male hero himself, just die already you fucker >_<
It seems to be a problem with the romance/love triangle type mangas. When the situation is not solved promptly it just drags on and spoils the rest of the reader experience…

Really liked the art in Kininaru Roommate. It would remind you of Ichigo 100% and Hatsukoi Limited.
Never have I ever been so totally in love with a manga character before. I am obviously talking about Ulala. I disagree with what you guys said about the series running out of steam. For me, this volume was probably the best one, or at least as good as the ones before. The art was exceptional, and the wonderfully agrevating elements like the imagined sex scene just made me scream/laugh with frustration, and ridicule my own girlish involvement with the storyline. Obviously, the sex scenes are still detached and "glued-on", but it doesnt bother me. I think that the big fault in these love triangle mangas isnt that they are dragged on too much, but rather that they are often resolved either too quickly (in relation to the dragging) or in an unsatisfactory way (see No Bra for example…).
Anyway, thanks for sharing this Oliver! Hentairules is the greatest.
i find this story is exceptional good. i love the story line and the love triangle. i give the drawing 5 star =]. when i 1st read vol 1 i was in for the drawing but now. i wanted to keep reading because i want to know what will happen next XD. i really hope they dont' just end the story here. i will be very sad =[
What the hell up is up with the hero, argh i just wanna kill him. I couldn’t get through reading a single chap without shouting out my hate for him. On a lighter note I like the drawing and the girls however I find the censoring just weird
